Hun Sen Donates 102 Houses to Veterans in Kulen District

On September 20, 2026, Deputy Prime Minister and Secretary General of the Cambodian Veterans Association, Kun Kim, presided over a ceremony to hand over 102 houses donated by Prime Minister Samdech Techo Hun Sen and his wife, Samdech Kittiprittbandit Bun Rany Hun Sen. The 102 houses were built alongside temporary housing for displaced citizens, and include the construction and development of roads, electricity, clean water, schools, health centers, and village administrative posts to serve the daily lives of the residents. These donated houses were presented through Deputy Prime Minister Kun Kim and his wife to veterans and retired soldiers in Ta Keng Bai Tang village, Thmey commune, Kulen district, Preah Vihear province. During the occasion, Deputy Prime Minister Kun Kim expressed his gratitude for the thoughtful consideration of Prime Minister Hun Sen and Samdech Kittiprittbandit Bun Rany Hun Sen, who always prioritize the difficulties faced by veterans and retired soldiers as an invaluable humanitarian task. He stated that the peace, stability, and development Cambodia enjoys today are a result of the sacrifices made by veterans and retired soldiers.
