In recent years, during the era of international integration, it has taken a leading role in anticipating situations and advising the Party and Government on strategic decisions concerning national security. The ceremony was attended by top Party and State leaders, including National Assembly Chairman Tran Thanh Man, General Secretary and President To Lam, and Prime Minister Le Minh Hung, who conveyed their congratulations.
