Specifically, in the operation of the two-tier local government system, DX plays a vital role as a 'lifeline' connecting central and local administrative agencies. The acceleration of DX is expected to build a foundation for the development of digital governance at the local level, contributing to the efficiency and transparency of administrative services. This shift aims to seize opportunities for promoting DX at the local level and fundamentally improve administrative operations.
