Thailand Orders 90-Day Intensive Crackdown on Narcotics

Anutin Charnvirakul, the Minister of Public Health and Deputy Prime Minister, has instructed all provinces to conduct a continuous 90-day intensive crackdown operation aimed at eradicating narcotics. This directive was issued during a meeting on security policy in Chonburi Province. The order is a measure to address the escalating drug problem within Thailand. The objective is to protect the safety of society and the health of its citizens by implementing more robust and sustained enforcement against all aspects of drug trafficking, manufacturing, and use.
