Phnom Penh, Cambodia – July 3, 2026 – Major General Cheat Polin, Deputy Commander and Chief of Staff of Military Region 3, delivered generous July donations from Prime Minister Hun Manet and his wife to the 3rd Infantry Division's Soldier Training School and the Army Training Center. The donation included rice, fuel, and cash to support the school's operations. Major General Cheat Polin conveyed greetings and well wishes from the Prime Minister and his wife to the school director, deputy director, military instructors, administrative staff, and all personnel.
