Hanoi Finalizes 3 Investors for Red River Scenic Boulevard Project
Hanoi's People's Committee has finalized three investors for the Red River Scenic Boulevard Project: Dai Quang Minh Real Estate Investment, Truong Hai Group, and Hoa Phat Group. While some initial partners withdrew, Dai Quang Minh will continue as the consortium representative. The project's estimated total investment is approximately VND 737 trillion.
