Luzon Brace for Heavy Rains as Southwest Monsoon Intensifies
The Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (Pagasa) warned of heavy rains over parts of Luzon on Saturday afternoon, July 25, due to the enhanced southwest monsoon, locally known as habagat. Yellow warning was issued for Zambales, Bataan, and Tarlac.
