Cambodia's RPL Program Offers Returning Migrant Workers Better Jobs and Higher Incomes

The Cambodian government is offering returning migrant workers from Thailand opportunities for better jobs and higher incomes through its Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) program, which validates existing skills. The program is free and available at nine assessment centers nationwide.
