カンボジアは、日本の東京放送(TBS)とのインタビューで、オンライン詐欺行為に対する全国的な取り締まり強化の結果を強調し、国境を越えたサイバー犯罪に対する国際キャンペーンを強化しようとしている。 当局は2025年初頭以来、詐欺の疑いのある500以上の場所を強制捜査し、数千人に対する法的措置を講じている。
