
FACT CHECK: No arrest warrant issued vs Marcoleta
False information claiming an arrest warrant has been issued against Senator Rodante Marcoleta is circulating on social media. The Philippine National Police (PNP) clarified on June 22 that they have not received any warrant for the senator and will not make an arrest without a court order. The Interior Secretary also stated that an arrest warrant cannot be issued without charges.
