Phnom Penh District Gives One Week Ultimatum to Container Trucks Causing National Road 4 Congestion

Following this, local authorities requested assistance from the Pou Senchey District Administration, leading to the issuance of an official letter of guidance. Under the direction of Pou Senchey District Governor Sok Chanthakanyarith, officials were dispatched to the scene. They handed over a letter of guidance to the container terminal operator, demanding an end to the road parking within a one-week period. The district has clearly stated its intention to proceed with legal measures if no improvements are made within this timeframe.
