He was joined by personnel from the commune police post, the commune council, village chiefs, deputy village chiefs, and the commune's civil defense forces. As a result of the administrative inspection conducted at the disorderly construction site, authorities apprehended and subsequently transferred a total of six homeless individuals (one female) to the Phnom Penh Social Affairs Center.
