Ex-Mindanao Development Authority exec, co-accused seek bail for plunder raps
Former Mindanao Development Authority (MinDA) official Mike Defensor and businessman Joseph Espiritu have filed a petition for bail before the Sandiganbayan Third Division over plunder charges related to campaign donations to Senator Rodante Marcoleta. They are accused of plunder in connection with campaign contributions made to their co-accused.
