Saudel Strengthens to Typhoon, LPA Becomes Tropical Depression; Both Outside PAR

Typhoon Saudel has intensified into a typhoon from a severe tropical storm, and a monitored low pressure area has developed into a tropical depression. Both are currently outside the Philippine Area of Responsibility (PAR). Saudel is forecast to enter PAR early next week, potentially enhancing the southwest monsoon and bringing significant rainfall, especially to Luzon.
