The Ministry of Post and Telecommunications (MPTC) has announced the provision of interest-free study funds for students pursuing bachelor's degrees in digital technology for the 2026-2027 academic year through the 'Digital Skills Development Program (DSDP).' The DSDP is a program established by the MPTC to support the development of digital human capital in response to the needs of the digital economy and society, and it complements the 'Techo Digital Talent Scholarship Program.' Successful candidates will benefit from tuition fees covered interest-free until the completion of their bachelor's degree.
