Concerning waste management, it was explained that approximately 4,000 tons of waste are transported daily to the landfill in Dangkor District, with a planned transition to the facility in Tuol Prek (Kandal Province) starting in 2027. For drainage system improvements, it was stated that authorities across the 14 districts are collaborating to clean and maintain canals and drainage systems in preparation for the rainy season, aiming to prevent flooding of citizens' homes and infrastructure.
