On July 14, at a meeting in Hanoi, Politburo Standing Committee member Tran Cam Tu presided over the second quarter (2026) review conference with provincial and municipal Party committees, Party committees, departments, four offices, and affiliated public service units directly under the Central Committee. The regulations of the Secretariat on Party committees at the grassroots level in state-owned enterprises were also mentioned. Furthermore, Tran Cam Tu presided over a mid-term review conference on digital transformation work in Party agencies. These directives aim to enhance the functionality and efficiency of the Party organization to address complex challenges such as maintaining economic growth, expanding international influence, and building relationships with neighboring countries.
