Moc Chau Culture and Tourism Week Showcases Ethnic Minority Culinary Traditions

On September 1st, at the 8/5 Square in Moc Chau town, the organizing committee of the Moc Chau Culture and Tourism Week 2026 held a competition for the presentation and introduction of ethnic cuisines. The event saw the participation of 13 communes and wards within the province, showcasing traditional dining tables rich in the cultural heritage of the Northwest region. Moc Chau buzzed with visitors celebrating the National Day on September 2nd. This culture and tourism week also featured exhibitions of regional specialties from the Moc Chau plateau and various activities to commemorate the National Day. Notably, the ethnic cuisine competition provided a platform for each locality to present meticulously prepared traditional dishes, offering attendees an opportunity to experience Moc Chau's rich culinary culture.
