Northern Vietnam Regions Isolated by Heavy Rains from Typhoon No. 4

Several areas in Son Dong commune, Bac Ninh province, northern Vietnam, have been submerged and their transportation cut off due to heavy rains from Typhoon No. 4. Some regions are at risk of further isolation if the heavy rainfall continues.
