The 8th cohort of the training program included 179 senior officials, 24 of whom are women. These officials come from 32 national ministries and key reform areas, and 20 provincial administrations. Out of the 179 participants, 174 (24 women), representing 97.2%, successfully completed the program. Deputy Prime Minister Hun Many highly commended the efforts of the 174 senior officials who successfully completed the training and received their certificates. He stated that this marks another step towards investing in human capital and significantly contributing to the government's vision of transforming Cambodia into a high-middle-income country by 2030 and a high-income country by 2050. He further added that the 'Leadership and Innovation' training program aligns with the first key priority and the direction of strengthening and reforming institutions, as well as enhancing human resource capacity and work implementation capabilities. To date, across all eight cohorts, a total of 1,378 senior officials (221 women) have participated in the training, with 1,352 (194 women), or 98.11%, successfully completing it.
