Vietnam, Canada Eye Deeper Strategic Partnership at Business Roundtable

General Secretary and President To Lam highly praised the sound friendship between Vietnam and Canada, built on trust, mutual respect, and win-win cooperation. He stated that the Comprehensive Partnership, established in 2017, has provided a favorable framework for expanding bilateral cooperation across various fields. He added that Vietnam is ready to work with Canada to build a substantive Strategic Partnership. These remarks were made at a roundtable meeting attended by business representatives from both Vietnam and Canada. The meeting emphasized the deepening of economic relations between the two countries and exchanged views on future cooperation possibilities. It was suggested that Vietnam aims to upgrade its relationship with Canada to a Strategic Partnership to further solidify bilateral ties.
