Samdech Kittiprittpundit Bun Rany Hun Sen, President of the Cambodian Red Cross (CRC), has pledged US$100,000 in humanitarian aid to Nepal following devastating floods. This contribution responds to an emergency appeal from the International Federation of Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies (IFRC). The aid will support emergency relief operations along the Nepal-China border, where flash floods on Aug. 26 resulted in over 1,000 deaths, thousands of missing persons, displacement of more than 10,000 residents, and severe damage to critical infrastructure. Samdech Kittiprittpundit Bun Rany expressed deep condolences to the victims and their families, wishing for swift recovery and successful reconstruction efforts across the affected region. By K.
