Vietnam Proposes Retirement Preparation from Age 40 Amid Rapid Aging

Vietnam's Ministry of Health has proposed a policy to encourage citizens aged 40 and above to prepare for retirement early, in response to the country's rapidly aging population. This initiative aims to promote proactive personal planning, given that a significant portion of the elderly currently lack pensions or social assistance.
