Security cooperation featured prominently, with China praising Cambodia’s efforts against cybercrime and supporting Phnom Penh’s plan to host an international conference on online fraud. Samdech ThipadeiHun Manet said tackling transnational crime remained a priority. He also briefed Chinese leaders on Cambodia’s border dispute with Thailand, thanking Beijing for backing dialogue, ceasefire efforts and humanitarian aid.
