Drunk Jeep Driver Kills Bank Security Guard, Flees Scene in Phnom Penh

In the early hours of September 27, 2026, a Jeep, suspected of being driven by an intoxicated individual, struck and killed a security guard resting in front of a bank in Phnom Penh. The driver fled but was apprehended by citizens about 1km later and handed over to the police.
