Dien Bien Province's youth engaged in a dialogue with the Provincial People's Committee Chairman regarding entrepreneurship support and growth strategies. Expectations are high for youth contributions to school restructuring, infrastructure development, and achieving double-digit growth targets.
A dialogue session between the youth of Dien Bien Province and Mr. Le Van Luong, Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, was held on the afternoon of July 29. The theme was "Dien Bien Youth's Aspiration for Development." During the session, numerous questions were raised by the youth, seeking support in entrepreneurship, information provision, and advice on preferential loan policies for young entrepreneurs. Dien Bien Province is planning to reduce 176 organizational units following the restructuring of its school network. Additionally, the province has requested support for personnel to participate in the construction and completion of inter-level boarding school projects. This indicates efforts to improve the efficiency of educational infrastructure. Youth union members in the province lit candles to express gratitude to heroes and martyrs at the A1 Cemetery. This is a traditional event commemorating the 79th anniversary of War Heroes and Fallen Soldiers Day, honoring past sacrifices. Dien Bien Province recognizes the need for innovative thinking and approaches to achieve its double-digit growth target. This signifies the province's strategic focus on accelerating economic development. Under Vietnam's one-party system, local governments operate under central government directives to promote regional economic development and improve social welfare. Dien Bien Province's initiatives exemplify local government efforts to balance economic growth with youth empowerment.
