Two strict measures have been imposed: – No civilians are allowed to enter the area under any circumstances from 6 p.m. to 6 a.m. the following day. – Only villagers with farmland are permitted to enter and cultivate crops from 6 a.m. to 6 p.m. Villagers must carry their national identification cards for verification and register with officials each time.
