Indian Naval Ship Docks at Ream Naval Base, Strengthening Bilateral Naval Cooperation

On the morning of September 12, 2026, the Indian naval ship INS KULISH (P63), led by its commander Captain Suraj Kumar Singh, safely docked at Berth No. 2 of the Ream Naval Base in Cambodia. The vessel's visit to the Kingdom of Cambodia will last for four days, from September 12 to September 15, 2026. This visit aims to strengthen solidarity, friendship, and cooperation between the navies of both countries, as well as between their governments. Upon its arrival at the Ream Naval Base, the ship was welcomed by naval officers from the Ream Naval Base, led by Rear Admiral In Sokhemra, Deputy Commander of the Ream Naval Base. Rear Admiral In Sokhemra welcomed the docking of the Indian naval ship in the Kingdom of Cambodia, noting its safe arrival at the naval base. He also extended wishes for the safety of all officers and crew of the Indian Navy during their visit and mission in the territory of Cambodia, specifically in Sihanoukville province. During their stay and visit in the Kingdom of Cambodia, the Indian naval delegation is scheduled to pay courtesy calls to the Governor of Sihanoukville province, the Commander of the Ream Naval Base, and several leaders from the Ministry of National Defence.
