Vietnam Enhances Healthcare Infrastructure to Improve Public Health

The Communist Party of Vietnam has declared the comprehensive protection of public health as a central and consistent policy. In line with this directive, the nation is actively developing its healthcare infrastructure. Notably, the Ninh Bình branch of Bạch Mai Hospital is playing a crucial role in providing medical services to local residents. The facility has actively treated eight victims of hydrogen sulfide (H₂S) gas poisoning and conducted free health check-ups for 5,000 individuals recognized for their contributions and their families. Furthermore, it has mastered numerous advanced specialized techniques, contributing to the enhancement of regional healthcare quality. Similarly, the Ninh Bình branch of Việt Đức Friendship Hospital has commenced its journey by performing its first surgery on its opening day. This facility began its operations with activities honoring individuals of merit, aiming to contribute to regional healthcare. The expansion of these medical facilities is expected to improve access to advanced medical care in provincial areas, thereby contributing to the overall improvement of public health standards across Vietnam.
