The suspect allegedly strangled the victim with an electrical cord, causing unconsciousness, and robbed a blue Honda Beat motorcycle (2025 model, license plate Svay Rieng 1W-2043) and a gold ring weighing one 'chi' (approximately 3.75 grams). 2. Intentional Assault and Intentional Damage with Aggravating Circumstances: Committed around 8:07 PM on June 17, 2026, 8:47 PM on June 18, 2026, 8:06 PM on July 2, 2026, and approximately 2:15 AM on July 12, 2026, at Street 597, Group 2, Toul Kork village, Toul Sangke 1 commune, Russey Keo district, Phnom Penh. Suspect groups identified as 'Te Chin', 'Kien Condo', and 'Kroy Karash' allegedly attacked each other using pang-taw knives, modified swords, and stones, resulting in damage to the victim's fish ball stall, including broken display glass and other property damage. 3. Theft with Aggravating Circumstances (Burglary) and Illegal Use of Narcotic Substances: Committed around 3:37 AM on June 30, 2026, at House No. 35, Street 240, Village 11, Chey Chumneah commune, Daun Penh district, Phnom Penh. The suspect allegedly opened the house door, entered, and stole an iPhone 14 Pro Max (dark blue) and two credit cards. 4. Theft and Illegal Use of Narcotic Substances: Committed around 3:42 AM on July 8, 2026, in front of Borey Heng Heang, Chom Chao Boulevard, Chrey Kagn village, Chom Chao 2 commune, Por Sen Chey district, Phnom Penh. The suspect allegedly stole a black Honda C125 motorcycle (2018 model, license plate Phnom Penh 1HA-2003) and an Oppo mobile phone (red). 5. Illegal Use of Narcotic Substances: Some of the suspects were also found to be using illegal narcotic substances in connection with the above cases.
