Acting LTFRB Chairman Greg Pua Jr. stated his intention to push for a drug test to ascertain if the driver was under the influence of any substance at the time of the incident. Two administrative charges may be filed against the operator: failure to provide safe transportation and employing reckless drivers. A hearing is scheduled for September 24.
