Akkaradet Wongphitakrot, a Member of Parliament for Ratchaburi Province representing the Bhumjaithai Party and serving as the government's whip, described the first day of the session as "orderly." He attributed this confidence to the bill having already passed the principle reading in the House and the diligent, collaborative work undertaken by both government and opposition MPs during the committee stage in refining the budget. The MP stressed that the budget's approval would empower the government to effectively deploy public funds towards national development initiatives and the alleviation of citizens' difficulties. "Although there are some differences in perspectives, the overall conduct of the deliberations has been smooth. Furthermore, given the government's demonstrated unity and the successful progression of the budget review at the committee level, I am confident that the third reading and final approval will be achieved successfully," Akkaradet stated.
