Cambodia Veterans Association Holds Administrative and Social Security Training in Ratanakiri
The Cambodian Veterans and Retirees Association (AKNC) held a training session on administration and social security for its provincial leadership and teams in Ratanakiri. This initiative follows the association's recent organizational restructuring and operational policy, aiming to enhance the efficiency of its provincial operations through expert-led instruction.
Mr. Oum Sok, Deputy Secretary-General of the Cambodian Veterans and Retirees Association (AKNC), presided over the opening of a training course on administrative and social security work for the AKNC in Ratanakiri province on July 2, 2026. This training is intended for all levels of AKNC leadership and working teams in the province. During the event, Mr. Oum Sok highlighted the critical aspects of managing AKNC members at the provincial and sectoral levels. This task is new and falls under the revised structure and operational context of the AKNC, following the approval of the Extraordinary Congress of Representatives of the Cambodian Veterans and Retirees Association nationwide. He urged all provincial leaders and teams to pay close attention to the presentations by Mrs. Kim Chansolina, who possesses over 10 years of expertise and experience in association work, to gain insights and lessons for smoother and more effective implementation of the association's activities. The ceremony was also attended by members of the AKNC Central Standing Committee, leaders and working teams from provincial, municipal, and district AKNC committees, representatives from commune and sub-district AKNC branches, the provincial chairman of the National Social Aid Fund Committee, and numerous specialized officials from around the province.
