Forecasters indicate that this low-pressure system has the potential to strengthen into a tropical depression within the next one to two days. Northern regions are expected to see a decrease in rainfall, with occasional sunny spells. Hanoi is forecast to have cloudy skies with intermittent rain, clearing up during the day. Temperatures are predicted to range from a low of 23-25°C to a high of 31-33°C.
