It is said that Myanmar will participate in five sports: Sepak Takraw, women's football, Tegbo, gymnastics, and e-sports. It is known that 43 sports and 469 competition categories will be held at the 20th Asian Games, with over 10,000 athletes from 46 member countries of the Olympic Council of Asia participating. It is reported that Myanmar won one gold medal in Sepak Takraw and two bronze medals in Dragon Boat racing at the 2022 Hangzhou Asian Games.
