Cambodia's Acting Prime Minister, Sar Savoeun, has highly praised the NGO "Transform Cambodia" for its active contributions to promoting education and human resource development in the Kingdom. The Acting Prime Minister emphasized that children are the bamboo shoots that will succeed the older generation and are crucial human resources for the nation's future development. During the 20th-anniversary ceremony of Transform Cambodia held on the morning of July 17, 2026, at the Koh Pich Theater, Acting Prime Minister Sar Savoeun stated that in the context of the rapid advancement of digital technology and the growing demands for socio-economic development, it is imperative to: 1. Modernize educational programs and build a digital education system. 2. Strengthen educational standards and enhance the capacity of teachers, which are essential factors for building quality, capable, and competitive human capital. 3. Further study the use of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in line with the needs of the digital transformation era. These efforts are considered essential for strengthening the foundation of human capital for Cambodia's sustainable development.
