Basilan mayor, 14 others face murder, frustrated and attempted murder raps

Warrants of arrest have been issued for Basilan Mayor Arsina Kahing Nanoh and 14 others in connection with a sea attack last May that resulted in three deaths. The court has set no bail for the murder charges.
