Vietnam's Top Leader Meets Experts, Intellectuals in US

General Secretary of the Communist Party of Vietnam Central Committee and President To Lam met with Vietnamese experts and intellectuals in New York on September 21, as part of his trip to attend the High-level General Debate of the 78th session of the United Nations General Assembly and conduct bilateral activities in the US.
