Phnom Penh, Ho Chi Minh City Mark 22nd Anniversary of Sister-City Ties
Phnom Penh Mayor and Ho Chi Minh City Vice Chairman met to commemorate the 22nd anniversary of their sister-city relationship and the 59th anniversary of Cambodia-Vietnam diplomatic ties. An MoU on educational cooperation was signed, and discussions covered economic and tourism development as well as challenges faced by the cities.
