Top Most Wanted Person in Eastern Visayas Arrested in Leyte

A man, listed as the top most wanted person in the Philippines' Eastern Visayas region for five counts of qualified rape of a minor, was apprehended during a manhunt operation in Leyte. The suspect, a construction worker, resided in Samar.
