Vietnam Government Mandates Clear Lifespans for Apartment Buildings

The Vietnamese government has instructed relevant agencies to clearly define the lifespan of apartment buildings based on their construction period. Specifically, it requires the clarification of rights and obligations for apartment building owners when their buildings exceed their designated lifespan.
