Nearly 4 Billion VND Supports Learning Environment Improvement in Dien Bien Highlands

In Xa Dung commune, located in the mountainous region of Dien Bien province in northern Vietnam, nearly 4 billion VND has been invested to improve learning environments and equip educational facilities. This support is a collaboration between the Dream Creation Fund (Quỹ Kiến tạo ước mơ) and the Police Department of Administration for Social Order and Security (Cục Cảnh sát Quản lý hành chính về trật tự xã hội) under the Ministry of Public Security (Bộ Công an). The investment will be used for the construction and renovation of educational infrastructure within the commune, as well as the provision of necessary learning equipment. This is expected to enhance educational opportunities for students attending schools in these highland areas, which often face a shortage of educational resources. As a socialist republic under a one-party system, Vietnam has set goals for economic growth and social welfare improvement. Addressing regional disparities is a crucial issue, with investments in education being prioritized for nurturing human capital in the future. The case in Dien Bien province is seen as part of these national efforts. Vietnam maintains complex relations with China while also deepening cooperation with the international community. Attracting international support and investment to sustain economic growth is a key pillar of the country's foreign policy.
