Battambang City Police Crack Down on E-cigarette Gathering, Detain 5 for Education

Battambang City police in Cambodia have cracked down on a gathering where e-cigarettes (Vape) were being used, temporarily detaining five individuals, including one woman. The authorities obtained a pledge from them to cease usage and subsequently released them, urging residents and youth to refrain from such activities.
