Ms. Supranee stated that after the story was reported, she was contacted by district officials and asked to re-verify her mother's eligibility at Krungthai Bank. It was then confirmed that her mother's name was in the system and her eligibility was immediately approved. The family expressed immense joy, as the card will significantly ease the financial strain of caring for her mother.
