Motorcycle Rider Arrested for Assaulting Cyclists in Rizal

A motorcycle rider was caught on camera kicking a cyclist on Manila East Road in Binangonan, Rizal. According to a report by Balitanghali on Wednesday, the first victim was seen falling in one video. In another video, the rider also kicked another cyclist. The first cyclist who fell recounted that before the kicking incident, their group had an altercation with the rider after the suspect's motorcycle allegedly almost hit him. The victim is suffering from wounds and swelling in various parts of his body. The 28-year-old rider was brought in by his mother and has since been arrested. The suspect admitted to the police that he had been drinking when the incident occurred. The victim is ready to file a complaint.
