The Youth Federation of Cambodia (YFC) in Oddar Meanchey Province is implementing a comprehensive free support program for economically disadvantaged candidates taking the high school graduation examination (Bak Doep) in 2026. This initiative aims to alleviate the burden on students during the examination period. According to the announcement, candidates facing financial hardship will receive free accommodation at the YFC provincial headquarters. Additionally, seven meals will be provided throughout the examination period, and transportation from the four districts of the province to the provincial town, where the examination centers are located, will be offered free of charge. For general candidates, the YFC Oddar Meanchey branch has also arranged transportation from the four districts to the provincial town and will provide secure parking facilities for vehicles at the three examination centers. The YFC Oddar Meanchey has urged parents, guardians, and all candidates requiring these services to contact the responsible team for detailed information and coordination before the examination dates. The contacts are: 1- Ms. Thinny Monyrasmey, responsible for accommodation and food (012 676 364); 2- Mr. Moeun Poth, responsible for transportation (097 7833 123); 3- Mr. Mout Sok Messa, responsible for vehicle parking (011 5011 99).
