Cambodian Woman Arrested for Traffic Violation, Authorities Emphasize Fair Law Enforcement

A woman accused of a traffic violation has been arrested in Phnom Penh, the capital of Cambodia. He also revealed that the woman spent less than five minutes in the police station's office before being transferred to an interrogation room for photography and height measurement.
