According to a press release from the Hoa Khanh Ward People's Committee on the afternoon of the 23rd, thorough investigations and strict penalties based on law have been mandated for issues related to deficiencies in construction order management within the ward. This directive is seen as part of the strengthening of governance as a rule-of-law state, pursued under Vietnam's single-party system by the Communist Party of Vietnam.
