The Myanmar high-level delegation led by State President U Min Aung Hlaing, who is on an official visit to Vietnam, visited the Vinfast electric vehicle manufacturing plant in Hai Phong city on the afternoon of September 4th, local time. Accompanying State President U Min Aung Hlaing on the trip were Union Ministers, Chairman of the State Administration Council (Army, Navy, Air Force) General Ko Ko Oo, Yangon Region Chief Minister U Aung Naing Soe, Deputy Ministers, and responsible officials. The Vinfast electric vehicle manufacturing plant is a factory that primarily produces electric cars (EVs), electric motorcycles, and electric buses. First, the State President traveled from Hanoi to Hai Phong by motorcade and observed the development and systematic maintenance of Vietnam's transportation sector along the route, the balanced land use of agricultural activities and residential areas along the roadside, and the systematic construction of industry based on agriculture. At the invitation of Vietnamese President To Lam and his wife, the Myanmar high-level delegation led by State President U Min Aung Hlaing and his wife Daw Kyu Kyu Hla arrived in Hanoi on the afternoon of September 4th, local time. During the visit, the State President will meet with the Vietnamese President and hold bilateral talks, as well as meet with the Vietnamese Prime Minister and the Chairman of the Vietnamese National Assembly, and will also receive and meet with individuals from business organizations.
