Indonesian House Pushes for Disaster Management Law to Strengthen BNPB

The Indonesian House of Representatives has pushed for a new bill to strengthen disaster management for forest and peatland fires (Karhutla), aiming to enhance the authority and capabilities of the National Disaster Management Agency (BNPB).
